Wired with 2 double power points, an inside light, and an outside light complete with 20m lead which plugs into a caravan plug. Includes electrical code of compliance certificate.
With powder-coated aluminum window and ranch slider. The ranch slider includes toughened safety glass.
Manufactured with 100% H3.2 treated timber, which is highly resistant to rotting, and with regular maintenance will last as long as your home. This includes all wooden building materials including framing and exterior cladding (excluding internal lining).
